the CPPR approach

Dr. Moskowitz offers career and life coaching to physicians and other heathcare professionals in person and by phone. Coaching contracts are client-focused and individually negotiated, based upon the issues and interests of each client. Typical coaching issues include the reevaluation of priorities in one's personal and professional life; re- engineering your work in relation to satisfaction, stressors, and obstacles; examination of career options in anticipation of or resulting from career transition or downsizing; improving career/life balance, practice stress/litigation
stress management, developing alternative career/life scenarios, improving career resilience, life planning for retirement, and development of a life plan with ongoing support.

Individual coaching is typically conducted once every two weeks in hourly sessions. Evening or weekend appointments can be arranged to meet the special time requirements of busy healthcare professionals. All clients are expected to complete a detailed, confidential CPPR Career-Life Survey which helps to clarify the coaching agenda. Individual coaching is especially useful for clients who wish to begin career/life planning and not wait for the next seminar program, or whose special needs are not addressed by the usual seminar curriculum.
